　社会福祉経営研究所は、福祉を「制度」や「経営」の枠に閉じ込めず、人間の共感・創造・関係性の力として再定義する研究の場です。

　私たちは、会計やマネジメントといった既存の分析軸にとどまらず、アート、テクノロジー、地域文化、倫理、さらには身体知や感性の領域をも福祉経営の構成要素として取り込みます。

　ここでは、研究者・実務家・市民が同じ地平で対話し、社会の再設計を試みるための「知の交差点」が生まれます。
　分野を横断し、専門の境界を溶かしながら、"福祉を再び人間の学として取り戻す"ことを目指します。

　本研究所は、一般財団法人日本グローカル公共政策・公共経営研究機構（JGPPI）の一部門として、
福祉と社会、経営と文化、制度と感性の"あいだ"に新しい思考の回路を開きます。

The Institute for Social Welfare Management is not confined to the boundaries of "welfare" or "management."
It redefines welfare as a living force of empathy, creativity, and human connection.

Rather than relying solely on established frameworks such as accounting or administrative management,
we integrate art, technology, local culture, ethics, embodied knowledge, and sensibility
as essential components of welfare management.

This institute serves as a crossroad of knowledge, where researchers, practitioners, and citizens engage in equal dialogue to prototype new designs for society itself.

By dissolving disciplinary borders and cultivating an antidisciplinary approach,
we seek to reclaim welfare as a profoundly human science.

As a division of the Japan Glocal Public Policy & Public Management Research Institute (JGPPI),
the Institute opens intellectual pathways between welfare and society, management and culture, systems and sensibility.
